Welcome to Tetris by MrT Stephens (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Tetris by MrT Stephens is a digital game platform that allows users to enjoy classic Tetris gameplay in both solo and multiplayer modes. Players can compete globally on public leaderboards, create anonymous or registered accounts, and personalize their profiles with usernames, avatars, and bios.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the App in any way, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for all users. However, users under the age of 13 must obtain parental consent in compliance with applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

You may play as a guest or create an account using an anonymous or registered identity. When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. User Content

User content includes your username, avatar, bio, country, and gameplay data that appears on leaderboards or in multiplayer sessions. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the App for the purposes of functionality and promotion.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect both public and private user data. Public data includes: Username, Avatar, Bio, Country, and Game statistics. Private data includes: Email address, and Password (stored securely using encryption).

We are fully committed to protecting your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform.
• Upload or post inappropriate or offensive content.
• Impersonate other users or entities.
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse.
• Disrupt the App or interfere with other users’ experiences.
• Use bots or automated systems to access the App.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks in the App are the property of MrT Stephens or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the App without express permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrT Stephens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
